Question
Hi Kay.  I recently graduated from Clayton with my Master's in natural health and want to continue with a Ph.D.  I really like the programs offered at the University of Natural Medicine.  I was wondering if they had cleared up their customer service issues yet and if you would personally recommend them?

Answer
Hi Sarah-Congrads on finishing your Master's with CCNH. I have heard that UNM has gotten better from at least one source. What I suggest you do is to contact them and see how long they take to get back to you with a response. Do it a few times so you can get a feel for what's happening. My litmus test is that they need to get back to me the same day with some response either by email or phone unless I inquire late in the afternoon or on a weekend. Even if it's just to tell me they'll get back to me later, I expect something in that time frame.
I too like UNM's programs. They are probably the best when it comes to a curriculum for those wanting to set up consulting businesses. Let's hope they have  taken our concerns to heart and have made the necessary changes.
