Question
Hi Jan.  I would like help figuring out how to get my kids better at helping with cleaning.  There are four of us in the family and one person cleans - - me.  How do you get husbands to help too?  We all suffer from not putting things away and so everything builds up.  I would love uncluttered counters, tabletop and bedrooms.  Where can I start?

Answer
Hi Liz;
You aren't the only wife and parent with this problem and I do have some tips to help you.
A while ago, I was loaded with emails from parents wanting to know the same thing, so I set up a special page on my website to help you out. The best part, is that I KNOW that this works, as the same people wrote to thank me for all of the free information.
Kids will help you with anything if they think that it is fun and husbands will help with anything if there is a bonus waiting for them at the end of the project. So, I am going to give you some tips on how to make all of those things happen for you in your home.
Simply go to http://www.organizingyourlifetheeasyway.com/tipsforparents.htm
to get all of the tips that you need.
Good luck Liz and enjoy your clean home and the free time that you will now have!
