Cleaning Up/Vinyl Pane Windows

Question
We have vinyl paned windows on on our lani. I have
tried vinyl cleaners & cleaned them three our four times
& they just smear & look terrible is there anything I
can use to clean them I use a soft cloth with the cleaner.
Can they be cleaned or will I have to replace them?

Thank you for your question. I know what you mean about the vinyl panes. Here's what I'd suggest:

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

Then apply RainEx (meant for keeping rain off car windshields) works really well on house windows and window panes so dirt does not stick.
