Question
Today I called for carpet cleaning services because I am moving in to a house I rent but they gave me the house with the carpets so dirty and I want it to know if reaaly going to get clean or is better to change the carpets? Thanks
Well new is better that's a given! Assuming the tech knows what he's doing and not just some fly by night outfit 99.9 of the time it should be presentable. There have been jobs I walked away from knowing that it was too far gone and a waste of their money to try!
