Cleaning Up/cleaning oil off of vinyl paned windows

Question
I accidentally sprayed my windows with a product I bought to repel moles which contains 75% canola oil and 25% soybean oil. I've tried cleaning it with a vinegar mix, straight vinegar, soapy water...nothing touches it. What would you suggest??

You've heard the expression, "Oil and water don't mix"? Well, the same thing can be said about these vinyl panes. The problem is that the vinyl and the oils you accidentally sprayed on them are chemically similar and want to bond together.

I called the company that make these vinyl panes and they say, use a mixture of Murphy's Oil soap and water or Woolite and water.
