Cleaning Up/citronella wax on patio cushion

Question
I spilled green citronella wax on orange patio cushion. Before I realized it, the wax had melted into the fabric in the sun and left large colorless oil spots. How can I remove this?
Dear Rebecca,
Try using a hot iron--put a brown paper bag(dbl thickness) on top (and if possible, under- if the cushion is removable.) the affected area. Using a hot iron heat up the area so that the wax will be absorbed into the paper. Change the position of the paper often.
Be sure to try this method on a hidden area first to be sure it will not damage the cushion.
