Question hello Jamie I hae a duck down sleeping bag and I have had it stored for a while and its got a bit of a smell about it I gave it a wash and I put it out on the line for a couple of days what do you think I should do to give it a good smell any ideas.
James
Answer Hi James,
Thanks for the question. I'm not sure if your sleeping bag has a special coating. I treat mine by placing in the dryer on NO heat and adding a few tennis balls to fluff the feathers and I add a dryer sheet or a towel damp with a scent I like.
The sun may give it a fresh scent.
You can also use Febreze which is my favorite, a few sprays and it smells wonderful!
HAPPY CAMPING- Jamie
