Question
We are a post construction window cleaning company here in Ontario Canada. We have been experiencing scratched glass through outt some of our pojects. We only use professional window cleaning supplies. Why is it that we use the same techniques, supplies on all our projecs and yet there are certain projects that the glass gets scrached? Is here maybe any products or chemical that can be used to disolve construcion debris to prevent the use of scrappers? Or any techniques on how to fix scratched glass ? We also had them buffed in he past but with no success. ALL ADVICE WILL BE HELPFUL. THANK YOU

My best suggestion would be to look at the http://stopscratchedglass.com/ website and possibly contact Dan Fields, the site administrator. Mr. Fields also has excellent videos that explain glass fines and construction debris, the cause of most post construction scratched glass.
