Cleaning Up/Trash Bag Size

Question
In the townhouse condo I live in, trash gets collected once a week. The condo rules require us to use dark colored trash bags, so birds won't be able to see that there is something inside and pick them apart.
The problem is that it takes me 3 to 5 weeks to fill up one of those large dark household trash bags, and I can't find any smaller size trash bags that are dark colored.
Do such bags exist? If so, where can I find them? If not, why not?

Thank you for your question, I now know more about garbage bags, than any one person in this world should know :)
However, I did get an education!
I found a few places to get them, but this site has the best price of any of them and the people on the chat lines and forums say they are dependable and good quality. I knew that they made gray and blue, but they are very thin and see-thru, so I didn't think that they would pass inspection. However, these are the 'normal' black bags and a nice variety of sizes. At first look, you may think it is expensive, but then take a look at the quantity and you will see that it is a deal. A matter of fact, I am putting an order in for myself!

I'm somewhat averse to ordering products over the Web. a) I almost never know who I'm really dealing with. b) If there's something wrong with the product, it's a real hassle to return it. c) I can't see if the product is really what I want, because pictures are never accurate. d) The last time I ordered something on the Web (from Dr. Leonard/Carol Wright), they started sending me junk mail and sold my address to other junk mailers. | ||
