i need to know how to get grout out of the grooves of my floors-the floors are konecto-they have gooves in them

Hi susy;
I am a little confused. The Kanecto laminate flooring does not need grout, however their tile flooring can be used with grout. So you may have the tile flooring that looks like wood.
Which ever way it is, this website should answer your question and gives you a detailed approach at getting the job done.
If you are having a problem with it, contact a Kanecto dealer, your flooring may still be under some type of warranty. They have one of the best warranty's on the market today.
