Cleaning Up/steel juice/ milk container

Question
Hi Jamie,
I recently bought a steel container that I put milk or juice in it. I'm just wondering how I could clean it. What should I use? Please keep in mind that it's narrow at the top so I can't rub the interior of it with a sponge. Thanks,
Hashem

Answer
Hello thanks for asking.

I have a similar container and this is how I've successfully washed mine:

Take off the cap and pour 2 tablespoons of white vinegar (the vinegar evaporates so you will not smell it or taste it) into the bottle. Put the cap back on and shake.

Take the cap off leaving the vinegar and add warm water until the bottle is about half full.

Push a bottle brush through the narrow top of the bottle.

Gently scrub the inside.

Put the cap one shake one more time then pour the water vinegar mix.

Rinse the inside of the bottle with pure water.

As needed I'll use a vinegar soaked towel to clean the cap and outside.
