How do you get ink stains off a gray carpet?

Hi there,
Sorry for the delayed response.  I actually need a little more information from you in order to help.  What color is the ink that has stained your carpet?  Light Blue, Dark Blue, Red, Black?  Please let me know as it changes what methods would be used.
