Cleaning Up/vinyl window panes in sun room

Question
my vinyl window panes are clear and I'm looking for recommendations on cleaning them.  The manufacturer recommended spray cans are very expensive (We have 10 windows with 4 panels each.

Are these vinyl window panes the kind that are like very thick Saran (clear plastic food) Wrap?

If so, when I last contacted the manufacturers, they suggested we use Woolite and warm water to clean the windows. I would think a small amount of any detergent would work along with microfiber cloths.
