How many homers did the Indians hit at the Jake last year?Thanks

According to the sortable stats on the Cleveland Indians MLB website, the Tribe hit 122 home runs in Jacobs Field during the 2000 season.
Manny Ramirez and Jim Thome led the pack with 22 and 21 homers, respectively. Best at home were Russell Branyan who hit 13 of his 16 home runs at the Jake, and Kenny Lofton who hit 10 of 15 at home.
