I do have this problem.  Can you tell me how to fix it please?

I need more information.  Is the clock chiming at the wrong time? (it chimes six (?) minutes before it should).  Or, is the wrong sequence chiming at a given quarter hour?  (example: it chimes the 1st Quarter hour {15 minutes after the hour} when it is really 30 minutes past the hour, i.e. the 2nd Quarter.  Regards WJP
