Dear Mr. Mills
I recently bought a beautiful ladies pocket watch on e-bay. It is a Wadsworth Pilot Case #1439094. Movement is Elgin USA # 14951435. On the inside gold rim is the # 49093. In a case from WM G YOUNG Jeweler & Optician, Jeffersonvllie,(this is the spelling) Ind. The watch is engraved Virginia Lieb Benny 1972. Thats all the info I have. Can you tell me anything about the watch. Thank you for your time. Keith

There were 7000 watches made of the 320 grade.  Your was likely made around 1909.  It is a size 0 and has 7 jewels in the movement.  

This type of watch movement was produced between 1903 and 1916.
