Clocks, Watches/Hermle 350-020

Question
We own a floor clock with a Hermle 350-020 movement. Recently we replaced the original 1973 movement with a new movement. The new movement runs fast (about 3 minutes per day) and I was hoping you could provide directions on how to adjust the speed. Thanks in advance,

Answer
a Hermle 350-020 movement has no weight or pendulum- bit unusual in a floor clock. the 020 has a balance wheel escapement much like a watch and the slotted shaft on the top of the balance unit gets tweaked with a screwdriver to adjust the speed of running-- ccw to speed up.
