Question
2 things:  Have to keep it on silent because it chimes contiously and no longer plays the tunes.  Also, need to replace the door lock.  Where can I order this part?

Answer
Hi Jim,
The chime and strike problems that you indicate may be partly a need for lubrication or wear in the bearings of the movement, and partly other adjustment problems. You will need a professional clock repairer to solve these problems.
Door locks are available from clock materials houses like Timesavers, Merritts Antiques or Empire Clock. If your lock is mounted on the inside of the door, standard replacement locks will usually fit. If the lock is inset inside the edge of the door, a suitable replacement may be more difficult to find.
