Question
I have an older Spartus self-starting clock which suddenly just pooped out. Question: what does self-starting mean and can the clock easily be repaired? Thanx.
it means it is supposed to start running when you plug it in--the real old ones did not- and for a while this was a selling point. easily, probably---professionally probably for under $50-- or take it apart and oil sparingly what seems like it needs it and it may run.
