Clocks, Watches/watch repair

Question
i have a bullova watch and need to know how to shorten the band

Answer
Aaron,

look on the inside of the band.  There should be some little arrows.  They will be by the clasp, not the end near the watch.

Those arrows show the direction the pins come out of the watch.  Push them out in that direction.  When you connect the remaining links, push the pin in the direction going against the arrow (the opposite direction).

Kind regards.
