Clocks, Watches/My Barwick Clock

Question
I would appreciate if you could tell me where I could locate the key for this clock. It is presently being repaired (after having been left 2 times with him) because he didn't fix it properly. Also he misplaced my key! Since I don't have my clock in front of me, I don't have the serial number. I do know we bought it in the 70s and is a mantle clock that chimes and plays 3 songs. He didn't even get the Westminister chime playing as it should. I feel I definitely have a problem. The key he handed me looks like a metal skating key--sick over that, too.  Thank you so much, I would like to get the proper key that goes with the clock.

Answer
To locate a key take your clock to a local jeweler to see if that party can provide a proper key.  If the jeweler cannot provide a key ask him for the size.  With the size in hand you can order a key from a clock materials house.  Goto <timesavers.com>  this will take you into TimeSavers on-line catalog.  Search for clock keys.  From the aray presented select the key you need, call TimeSavers via their (800) number and place your order.  Over the years I have had many clients dissatisfied with the services of another repair person.  In my shop if a client was unhappy, he got his money back.
