I purchased a Barwick grandfather clock at a yard sale. The seller said it was his grandmother's and it worked. I can't make it work. Seems like the weights are missing. I pulled on the chains and they came loose. What am I doing wrong. Is there some place in Phoenix that can come out and look at a clock like this or is even worth the trouble?

Comment	Thanks so much for your help. I have found that the weights are there. I though they were the chimes! I'll have to work with it a little and will do exactly what you said and see if I can find someone good here. Thanks again.
