Question
I looking to buy a windup car clock that the crystal is missing, is this part available?
Thanks

Answer
Hi Gerald,

If the clock takes a standard convex or flat glass, you should be able to replace it. Clock glasses are available from clock supply houses like Timesavers or Merritts Antiques. If the required glass is beveled glass, not circular or has an unusual curve (such as a convex curve at the edges which flattens out across the top surface), replacement will be difficult, and may require you to look for a "parts clock" with a compatible glass. Note also that glass dimension must be very exact or the glass will not fit in the bezel; make sure that you measure accurately.  http://www.clockmasteronline.com
