Clocks, Watches/Urgos UW32036 triple chime stops

Question
I have an Urgos UW32036 movement the runs and chimes great until the weights get 3/4 of the way down then pendulum and clock stops. I've watched all the wheels in the time train and they appear to have rotated at least 360 deg before this happens including the main wheel so I don't think thats the problem. I notice that at where the clock stops the weights are about adjacent to the pendulum bob and the time weight rocks back and forth. Have you ever seen this problem where the clock stops when weights are about even with the pendulum ?
Thanks in advance for your response.

Answer
this is seldom seen and is a baffler for the pro clock repair community.

however in discussions on the subject the following ideas come up:

un-stable on a rug- make sure leveling feet are un-screwed 3/4" or so

move to a hard floor

attach top of case to the wall(is the case swaying when the weights are rocking?)

make sure case is not leaning forward

check for magnetism between weights and pendulum bob (does a paperclip on a thread attach itself to either?)
