It is running about 15 min slow each 24 hrs. How do I correct this?

Answer
Running that slow is bad news.  Your clock needs cleaning.  If it were 5 min a week you could care for the problem by adjustment.  The deviation you speak of is a clear indication of excess friction that can only be eliminated by a good cleaning and fresh lubrication.  Regards WJP
