I can't seem to get the chimes to operate on my Howard Miller pendulum battery powered wall clock. They are supposed to chime on the 1/2 and the hour. I don't see a separate control for the chimes. The clock and pendulum work fine.

I am sorry.  I am not the person to address questions related to other than mechanical movements.  Please scan the roster of experts listed for clocks and watches.  I am sure there will be one available that would be perfect for you.  When I took my training Quarts were not even dreamed of.  Regards WJP
