Dear Jnaet, I understand the your clock is not working but I would need a lot more information if I am going to be able to help you get it going. Please provide some history; was the clock running and just stopped? Was it moved? Does it chime on the 1/4 hours and strike at the top when you advance the hands?
The more detailed the information you give me the better my chances are of helping you.
