My brother gave me this clock 20 some years ago. I love the clock and it's chimes, but it does not chime correctly. It will strike 12 at 2 o'clock etc. Can it be fixed to chime on the correct hours? It is battery operated with a C battery if that helps.

Cherub, All you need to do is move the hour hand to whatever hour the clock chimes. If your clock strikes 12 but the hands say 2, push the hour hand (nor the minute hand) back to the 12. Then move the minute hand forward until you get to the correct time (in this case you would go forward two hours. Let the clock chime each 15 minutes as you advance the minute hand.
Now your hands and chime should be in sync.
