I have a howard miller grandfather clock. The model number is 610-329, movement number 354135E.  The clock keeps accurate time but but none of the 3 chimes work.  Any suggestions?

check: they are not shut off with the switch in the dial at #3

check: the heaviest of the three weights is on the right as you face clock

check: pulling gently on the right hand weight to make it heavier while running the hand clockwise to see if it will start striking.

check: pulling on the left weight a bit.

how old is the clock? how recently were the chimes working?

clock been moved?
