Hello,

We have a New Haven Mantel clock that chimes on the quarter, half and a full Big Ben chime on the hour.

We love it, but recently the chime has been off on the hour.
How do we get it back on the proper time?

Perchance have you set the time by moving the minute hand backwards?  If you have done nothing and it has become erratic on its own, it will need adjustment.  To determine what that adjustment should be, listen and describe to me what the clock does during a full hour cycle.  i.e. what the strike does at each quarter hour for a full hour.  Regards WJP
