Clocks, Watches/Chimes are not correct on the hour

Question
I have moved house and during transport and finding right position around house I have got the grandmother clock to work, however the chimes on the hour are not correct (Half hour is once, which is correct).  Any advice please?  The clock is very sentimental and was my nan's so would love to get it back to how it was.

Answer
move the hour hand (short one) to agree and point at the number on the dial the same as the number of strikes the clock bongs. Reset the correct time with the minute hand as usual

if the hour hand gets loose after moving it - just push it back in towards the dial to tighten
