Question
I RECEIVED ONE OF THESE CLOCKS AS A GIFT. IS THERE SOME TYPE OF MANUAL OR BASIC REPAIR GUIDE FOR THIS CLOCK? I HAVE TO SET THE TIME AND THE CHAINS HAVE SLIPPED OUT FROM THE REELS.
THANKS.

as to the chains :with pliers remove the end link in the chain opposite the end that the weight hooks on. Feed the end with out the link up and over the chain wheels in the direction that the wheel freely ratchets. The middle one is tough because it is hard to reach - the outboard ones are easy. Sometimes a bent wire over the center wheel can pull up the end of the chain. The entire movement can be removed also. Put the ends back on the chains when done.
