Question
Our clock does not chime and the two weights on the clock do not move. The middle weight does work. It still keeps time.

Answer
check to be sure the heaviest weight is on the right -next heaviest in the center

check to be sure the switch is not in the "silent" position

pull gently on the right weight while moving the minute hand clockwise to see if it will start chiming

call a pro if the clock still does not work and it is over 25 years old.
