Question
We just inherited an Emperor Clock (purchased in your Fairhope, AL facility).  I need instructions on how to reattach the pendulum and 3 hanging cylinders. Serial number: 24689. Made in Germany by Erhard Jouch UHRNFABRICK for Emperor Clock Co.  Thanks for your assistance.

Answer
I can give you the hanging order for your weights now.  For rehanging the pendulum I need more information.  Open the back of your clock to expose the rear side of the clocks motor.  On its backplate you will note quite aa bit of data stamped thereon.  Copy that data down and send it to me.  Also, provide me with your e-mail address.  I will nee to send you some information.  Now as to the weights.  As you face the clock the heaviest weight hangs on your right, the next heavy the center, with the remaining weight on your left.  Regards WJP
