Question
I received from my parents in the erly 50's a Roy Rogers watch model #55. The watch is in outstanding condition but being a one peice back it is difficult to repair my jeweler things it is a spring is stuck and is worth while to fix where do i go and is it worth while? where do i go to find the if this watch has any value. Look forward to hearing from you and your direction of help

Best place to go for value is the Watches price guide by Cooksey Shugart.  That is what almost everyone uses.

Take your watch to a watchmaker who is used to working on pocketwatches.  He will be able to tell you if it is fixable.  

Worthwhile is a personal issue.  Monetarily it might not be worth it but the sentimental value boosts the value greatly.  So, I leave it up to you to determine if it is worthwhile.
