Clocks, Watches/Ethan Allen Mantel Adjust Speed

Question
I have a mantel clock with a Fanz Hermie 2 jewel movement made in Germany.  It seems to be running slow. +/- on each side of the spinning wheel at top of movement give me no idea what to adjust.  I own the clock but know nothing about setting or repair.  I have over wound it in the past and have gotten it started again by continually spinning this little round wheel til it runs on its own.  How do I increase the speed(+) to keep good time? Also, sometimes it stops and by just advancing the hands it starts again. Like something had the movement stuck.

Answer
hold the rim of the wheel still with your thumb and with the tip of a ballpoint pen, move one of the spokes of the 3 spoked finger on the top side of the wheel to the right. Older these get the more reluctant to re-start, most need a little shakeing or twisting to get moovement started in the wheel.
