  Hi, I have received a Kieninger Mantel clock with chimes. How can I find out more about the clock, when made, etc. This was my step mother's. Thanks Bobby

If you copy down all the information stamped upon your clocks backplate and take it to a local clock repair person, that person could, most likely, be able to interpret that data into useful historical information.  I have donated most of my reference works to various horological libraries so can no longer make such interpretations.  Regards WJP
