Clocks, Watches/Seth Thomas Replacement Pendulum

Question
My mother in law has a Seth Thomas mantle clock, but has lost the pendulum
after having the clock cleaned.  She described the pendulum as having a
thumbscrew that could adjust the height of the pendulum which would adjust
timing.  The clock mechanicals has a 3 5/8 stamping on it as well as a ST
stamp presumably denoting it as a Seth Thomas.  Do you have a
recommended business that would have a replacement pendulum for this
clock.  The shop where she purchased the clock was able to find a pendulum
that fit her clock, however the clock runs quite fast with this pendulum.

Answer
Sure, I will give you several vendors:  Merritt's Antiques <merritts.com>, Ronell Clock <ronellclocks.com>, TimeSavers <timesavers.com>.  Each of these firms has an online catalog you can purchase from.  In your instance I would reccomend you call one of them to describe your exact need.  Either of these firms will serve you well.  Regards WJP
