Question
# 1 WEIGHT HIT LIMIT WHILE PULLING CHAIN. REMOVED WEIGHT FED CHAIN AROUND TRAIN WHEEL, AS TO LOWER IT. REPLACED WEIGHT. 12 HOURS LATER, TIME AND CHIME ARE CORRECT BUT THE WEIGHT DOESN'T LOWER LIKE THE OTHERS???

Answer
probably messed up the chain - why did you remove it in the first place? what does "hit limit" mean? supposed to pull them up to the top anyway. Check the chain path from below and up around - might be caught on something or hooked over something in the mechanism.
