AFTER PULLING THE CAIN WE NOTICED THAT THE # 1 WEIGHTM WILL NOT MOVE DOWN. TREND W/ 109 MOVEMENT. NOTHING IS HUNG ON CHAIN ?
Presuming the clock is otherwise performing correctly I would suggest you make sure the correct weight is hung in its proper position. The heaviest weight should be hung on the right as you face the clock. This is very important! If there are other things wrong with the clock, another action would be required. To advise on that probability would require description of the condition. Regards WJP
