Question
QUESTION: We purchased a franz hermie 350-020 clock which is attached to a furniture tower.  For a while it was running fast and now it continues to run slow.  We have been adjusting the spindle for about a month now and cannot seem to get the time adjusted.  What is the proper way to adjust the time and spindle?  Perhaps we have  been doing something wrong.

Enough to get the speed right! This is trial and error here.
4 minutes per week? per day?  if per week I would try 2 full turns and reset the time and check a week later- keep a log book - wind clock FULLY and eventually you can get it really accurate.
