Clocks, Watches/Charles Jacques Chimes Out of Sync

Question
Dear Kenneth, Thank you for answering my question awhile back about how to pad the hammers on my clock with chamois.  The chimes sound so good now.  However, somehow the clock is striking the hour at the same time it is chiming the quarter hour.  So, when it's 3:00, the final quarter hour chime begins normally, but then the hour strikes three at the same time.  I am wondering if there is a way that I can fix it.  Thank you for your help.  Sincerely, Beverly

Answer
It was not I that answered your previous question - so If you can find who did it would be easier than starting fresh with me?

OK! I guess I can't remember what I did a year ago as well as I thought!

I would remove the dial and watch the hour strike sequence on the levers--probably a cam is loose and rotated a bit so it releases the hour before the chime is done- I can't specifically tell you what and where is wrong.
