Clocks, Watches/Colonial Manufacturing Grandfather Clock

Question
Looking for door key. Movement Number 44 and Case number 1642.  Recently acquired via auction.  Is beautiful and I had it recently serviced so it runs and chimes wonderfully.

Any idea of a manufactured date timeframe?

Answer
The manufacturer of the movement for Colonial will have info stamped on the rear brass plate of the movement normally- would help to ID better. Remove the lock by taking the screws off the back of it and bring it to a locksmith for key fitting- too many sizes to buy the right one from a photo.

try a flashlight and a mirror to read the back plate! ken
