Clocks, Watches/Hour hand gets stuck on 11:00

Question
I recently purchased a wall clock (Timeworks - Villa Tessio 31').  The clock runs on a battery.  The hour hand seems to get stuck around the 11:00 hour.  I purchased the clock from a store that is going out of business and won't take the clock back.  I like the clock and don't want to return it.  Any ideas on how I might be able to fix it?

Answer
I have no knowledge what so ever with respect to battery operated clocks.  I must remove myself as a legitimate provider of such information.  Please try another of the experts, I am sure someone will help you.  In the event you are not successful, let me know and I will study up on the subject and see what I can do for you.  Understand that would not make me an expert it would make me an newly informed contact, with no real credentials.  Wishing you the best, regards, WJP
