Question
I received a Kassel battery operated cuckoo clock for a Christmas gift. Two days ago it started not keeping the correct time. I reset it and within 10 minuted it has move up a hour or two. I removed the batteries and then replaced them but it still doesn't keep the correct time.Any suggestions?

Answer
I do not feel qualified to respond to questions involving non-mechanical clocks.  I will venture this.  I believe the movement of you clock is defective and needs replacemnt.  I suggest you contact whom ever is responsible, the person who sold it, the person who made it.  Surely it should still be under some sort of warranty.  Sorry I cannot help you.  WJP
