ther is a slide set and start button,2 buttons labeled hour and 2 buttons labeled minutes..i cannot get it to chime correctly, when i push the test button its what i want so when i put it back to start, it does what it wants;example 3 chimes at 10:10 p.m.  can you help? thank-you

if this is the one and I remember right --

you put the slide on "set"

set the clock hands for the correct time plus 5 minutes

ie correct time is 10:10 pm

set hands for 10:15 Pm

digital 24 hour set up so that is 22:15

two hour buttons and two minute buttons -right?

push the left hour button twice and the right hour button twice
gotta "beep" with each push!

push the left minute button once and the right minute button 5 times


when the correct time is 10:15pm - move the slide switch to "start"
