Question
Clock stops.  Looking at the suspension arm  there is a  missing fine adjusting arm.  Tried leveling the grandfather clock but still stops.  Where can I purchase a replacement suspension arm?  No luck at Emperor web site.

Answer
You have got me on this one.  I don't know what a suspension arm is!  If you are refering to the pendulum leader, the pendulum crutch or the pendulum hanger, these parts are available through all clock materials houses.  Before you can order, however, you will have to identify the specific movement used in your clock.  You can determine this by looking at the movements brass backplate.  Stamped on that backplate are numbers etc., that identify that specific movement.  If you wish, copy down everything stamped on the back plate and send it to me.  With that information I could quite possibly give you some positive help.  Regards WJP
