Question
Hello: I have a Timex watch that gains time.Is there any way I can adjust it? It gains about 45 seconds in a week.
Thanks

Answer
Michael,

Quartz watches don't have any way to regulate time.

In this case, you will need to send it back to the company (and they will replace the movement), or simply buy one on your own.

If time is a factor (no pun), buy it yourself.  If you can wait, they will replace it with the latest model for 50% of retail.

Kind regards,

Melvin
