Clocks, Watches - Wristwatch

Question
How do I know if a wrist watch is worth any value? I have a Waltham watch that says it is a limited edition 1 of 10000, and has a coin of JFK for a face. Could any one let me know if it has any value?

Answer
John,

condition counts for much of the value.

If it is a true Waltham, and it is in excellent condtion, it could be somewhat valuable.  (maybe as much as several hundred dollars)

To know for sure, you would have to bring it to an appraiser or look on ebay for similar watches and see what they sell for.

Kind regards,

Melvin
