Question
I recently inherited the above clock.
The pendulum moves, but the time always stays the same.  There was no instructions with the clock.
What do I need to do?

Thanking you in advance for your help.

Answer
I suspect two different as possible causes for the condition you describe.  One:  The hour and minute hands are locked together, in which case you need to separate the hand and to bend the minute hand outwards a tad to keep the condition from occurring.  Two:  The time works is jammed, that is the series of gears and levers positioned between the dial and the front plate.  If the time works is the culprit you will need to take the clock to a qualified clock repair person.  Regards WJP
